1. I made payment through my ICICI account number for Rs 3,000 to Manashosting.com through CCavanue vide Cart No: CART14220248 on 22 December 2007, after that I was assured that my account would be setup by Monday morning by your sales department in an online chat session.

Inspite of repeated emails and reminders the said account was not setup even till late on Monday afternoon and by that time I had received an email from my client that they are no more interested in the services as she was unable to provide them with necessary recources and as a result they are having services from somewhere else, which was duly forwarded to your company on three email IDs again…. billing, enquiry and sales…. but only automated response was received as before.

3. It was shocking to learn that you did not even had the idea that any such order was made, even though emails were sent four times to separate IDs. Therefore, I was asked to launch another Ticket at your website vide Ticket ID: XXY-317005. But no repsonse was received as always.

4. Even after that request was made to refund the amount and ticket was initiated vide Ticket ID: BRX-800577 but as before, no response was received again. And most of your phone numbers do not work which is nothing but unnecessary harassment… as your Sales Department is active, BUT as and when the payment is initiated, there is no one to attend in the billing department.

Conclusion:
A legal notice was served upon them to which they only responded and the full amount was refunded by the Manas Hosting Company.
