Complaint against:
Reliance Infocomm Ltd. 13th Floor Vijaya Building, 17, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001
Complainant: Mr Rohit Ahuja, ACA, ACS, ACWA of Sector 16, Faridabad, Haryana
1. That I had subscribed to Reliance Data Card Connection under unlimited Plan on 21st July 2008 from Reliance web world, Sec – 16, Faridabad under Mobile number: 93106_____.
2. That due to poor connectivity and problem with the Reliance Data Connect Card, it was given for repair at ZTEIT authorized Repair shop at Sector 5, Faridabad but no positive result came out of such repair, even after 20 days in repair. .
3. That I being unsatisfied, on 20th Sep. 2008 gave application for disconnection of the said number and duly paid Rs.1500 as NOC (Acknowledgment to customer for receipt of Service Termination Request) charges and received the said NOC from Reliance web-word located at Sector 16, Faridabad.
4. That I had also requested for return of Reliance Data Card on which he had spent approx Rs 2,800 but it was of no use to the client, as it never worked properly and was also given for repairs.
5. That still Reliance company continued with the billing inspite of various formalities being completed at Web World and further I had also communicated the issue through email to your company. Which was followed up by Reliance employee at Faridabad named Mr Rashmeet (Email: ********@gmail.com), whom also all the details were emailed on 8th December 2008, with a copy to Reliance customer care again. The amount due shown was over Rs 3,000.
6. That further some one named Sunny visited my home to enquire about the said Reliance bill in December itself, while I had some guest present at his place.
7. That further on 15 December 2008, a threat has been shockingly issued from your company’s Delhi Barakhamba Road Office (Mobile No 9313246369), that in case such payment is not made by 6 PM on 15th December 2008. All of my Reliance Phone Numbers will be disconnected.
8. That I am pursuing LLB from Delhi University and was supposed to take up one of the exam on 16th December 2008 and I was in the state of shock at the of the company, as unable to concentrate on studies on that date. Though, I had taken day off from office for studying for the exam scheduled for 16th.
9. That the harassing attitude adopted by Reliance Company was totally unacceptable and I served the Reliance Company with a legal notice for the refund of the Data Card cost paid and further for putting an end to the issue of any further bills and/or reminders. Also desist from making any disconnections for unreasonable cause with a aim to harass me.
Result: Thanks to legalSolutions.in, the Reliance Infocomm agreed in January 2009 to reverse the charges, i.e. no outstanding remains on account of the above mentioned disconnected phone number.

I have taken net connection and got hefty bills. I had all bills timely and went your Vijaya Bhawan, Barakhambha Road, New Delhi office and request her to convert my net connection from post paid to prepaid. She had demand the bill generated upto date and ask to pay at their dealer shop and she advised that i can recharge my net from there. Immediately I rushed to Tilak Nagar dealer shop and paid the bill. The dealer tell that I will get pre-paid after 2 days. I wait for two days and went to dealer and got recharge my net. After 6 months, I got a telephone, she asked me to pay about 704 rs. I replied when I have already paid upto date bill and you had converted the connection why dont you ask me at that time. She replied OK, she understand and she assured that the bill will be waive off when i was not in use. Now after one year I got a call from 8285282443 saying Tis Hazari court and the man roughly demanding payment. Now tell me i any body be happy with your system. Who is right. Have I forced to you convert my net with closing the account. Why you have done so. Yours today phone give me much neglectivity on your company, I lost faith in reliance

Please dont by Relaince Datacard(USB),From 1 to 15 days it works with high speed later is dosent work with with minimum speed too,Eventhough u call calcenter they replies likewise,

phone aur sms nahin kiya hai.yeh kaha ja raha hai mein call kee hai 1.20 min par but koi yeh nahi bata paa raha mein kitney min baat ke hai aor yeh kasia possble hai ek call say 10 service activted kasia hoo sakti hai company k pass is baat koi record nahi hai meri ph call ka sab yeh keh rahay hamrey aap pass aap ke infomation nahi dekha raha raha jis waqt yeh serive activted kee hai mere phone se balance kaat liya gaya

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Rafiqul Islam, From Bhuj-Kauch, Gujarat. I have purchased a CDMA Data Card from your Web Shop, in Bhuj by 06 Jun, 2010. At the Time of Purchasing, they asked only Money because that day was Sunday. But, they asked for the Photo Copy and the Signature by the Middle of that week.
But, suddenly I faced my Family Problem at my Native. That is why I gone to my Native immediately. In between, they have not called me or informed me in a Single Time. I got a Call after 17th of Jun, 2010 at evening at my Native regarding the Details. I requested for the Email addresses to send my Details as Scan Copy. But they refused to give any Email Details. Also I requested for the time for another 05 Days. Also they refused to give the Time.
So, another Four / Five Days, the Data Card was Disconnected without any Intimation.
I am feeling very sad for this type of Poor Services. Because, this is the Failure of your Web Shop only. I am not able to Understood, I tried several Times to Contact them, but they were not Picked up the Calls. Before Selling the Data Card, They Called me 100 Times, after sold they forgotten.
I am not using the Data Card First time only. Last Five Years; I am using the Card from Tata Indicom, Vodaphone and the Air Tel. Their services are very nice. Whenever I called them, they assist me 100 Times. At a Single Time, I have not faced any difficulty with them.
I changed only, their Net Work is not Proper in this Remote area. But, what benefit have I got from your system? Within 15nth Days, your Connection is terminated?
Last Five days, I am calling your People, 100 times in a day. But, they are not responding me in a Single time.
So, My Request is this, please suggest me, what’s needs to do to solve my Issue?
I have required the Connection very urgently. I am facing so many Troubles without this in my Professional life.
Please make me call back at my given Number, bellow and kindly write me the Details as early as possible.
