We had asked them to refund our money but they said it is possible only when the parcel comes back to them without dilevery. kindly guide me…

    I placed an order online for BRAUN Epilator Series 3-3170( Series 3-3170) on 10 December 2011.The delivery time has told 8-10 working days.I talked more then 10 times with customer care but i am not setisfied to their responce.I am still waiting for my product.

    This is sort of harassment ,they will not shipped it,as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.

    I want to file compliant against Indane Gas. The new cylinder was leaking and called emergency number, but none are working.
    called several times.In a few minutes, the cylinder caught fire and the amount of trauma that we have to underwent during the time was
    non descripable.I want to file a complaint against the arrogant officials. Please help me do so.

    So called emergency phone numbers are always coming engaged. 22263898,9941008200,9941930303. I called 18002333555 (English), they are arrogant and not listening. Filed complaint in Indane gas website, but no response. Within minutes, the cylinder caught fire. If someone had attended the leakage immediately, this accident wouldnt have happened. Only God saved, if the cylinder was burst, atleast we would have lost 10 people. First time, Iam feeling ashamed of being an Indian. Indian lives are the cheapest in the world.

    Complaint Description : Dear Sir, My Toyota Corolla car No. HR26E6051 had met with an accident on 9-9-2011 ,and I sent my car for repair to AAdi Motors pvt.ltd.,In gurgaon.I sent the insurance company all the claim forms and the necessary documents attached with it to the company as requested by them.Firstly it took more than 32 days from the date from which the claim was passed by the surveyor at the site where i gave the car for repair. I had to litreally run behind the company to get my claim as they were trying to disconnect any communication I was trying to make with them either through phone calls or emails for which I have a complete record. My driving Licence was also valid and appropriate while the company tried to take out all excuses and tell me that my driving licence was not appropriate to get the claim and it was a fake one.I have the same driving licence photocopies which I have given to all the govt.departments for my various jobs.This delayed my claim even more as they verified by originality from the gurgaon licencing authority and took a written permission from them statimng that my licence was genuine and it turned out to be genuine as I already told them. I have taken the Insurance in the name of my company M/S. Cee Em Exports Pvt.Ltd.,512 deepshikha building,Rajendra Place,new delhi-110008,India. I have got the claim of Rs.8800 INR.in a form of a cheque from the insurance company. Complaint:Firstly,I would like you to compensate me with the troubled caused to me due to my driving licence originality delay,Secondly the 32 day periodthat was lapsed from the date when the surveyoy had passed the claim on my car,Thirdly the rude behaviour in which I was treated by the company. Note:All the unnecesarry delays caused had lapsed the 32 day period of getting my claim refund and the claim refund that i got was lesser then the amount that i was told by the company ill get. Urgent-My claim should be more then rs.8800 INR.Pls look into this matter immediately ASAP AND GET BACK TO ME. I have all the necessary documents to prove my authenticity.     I had a deal for purchasing a flat at vijayawada in May 2010. The flat has to be completed by July 2011 but not yet completed. It will take another 3-4 months before it is handed over. The builder in his agreement given us, a amount of 6000/- will be payed if it is not completed in time. But now refusing to pay saying the cost is increased due to increased labor costs and increased materials cost. At the same time he is pressuring us to pay extra amount or registration and delay in payments. these classes were not mentioned in the agreement. The flat is registered to me in Jan 2011. can i go for consumer forum. Please give me details as to how to approach the court.

    I along with my mom had enrolled for a slimming package for 6Kg each guaranteed wt loss and paid RS 7000 to “curve and curve” dated 31/7/2011. Before the payment it was agreed between us that this will be guaranteed wt loss and is valid for 6 months but it was not documented.. After two months of making the payment they people asked to join another services they offered which was denied by me. My mother was on bed rest for 1 month was she could not attend the center and I last visited on Nov 9. I did informed to these people that we will not be able to attend the center for some time due to my mother’s condition and they said OK .. On my call on 11th to get the appointment the manager of the center informed that there are no slots available for a week and asked me to call them back after a week time. On my next call the manager said that the card has been sent to AIIMS and to get it back I will have to pay Rs 1500 each extra to them or else they will not be completing the services for which I have already paid them..It seems that they are cheating customers for doing their business… Please help!!

Sir, We have booked our goods through vrl logistics for door delivery and the l/r is paid but after reaching to their go down they refuse to deliver the goods and asking us to collect from their go down and that to was out of the city and still we have not received our goods so kindly look into the matter and do the needful in getting our goods at the earliest.

    Dear sir,

    I had an infection in my ear before 2 months and I consulted an ENT near to my work place. He checked and confirmed that it is infection only and gave me some medicines.I was feeling well for some days.
    After 2-3 weeks,Again it started to pain.this time I was in Native and I consulted an ENT specialist in my Native. he checked both ears thoroughly and came to the conclusion that there is a hole in my left ear drum which was caused of infection.He suggested for an operation as soon as possible and said to get back after applying for a long leave from work.he gave me some papers which states about the cause and after effects of operation and told me to get a signature from parents.He also consulted me to go for a fitness checkup.
    I was every upset because, i haven’t ever got admitted/operated in my 25 years life.I got some fear in my mind after reading the documents and all.After seeing me desperate my father tried to console me and also suggested to get checked with another ENT.
    I went and checked with another ENT specialist.but he just surprised me. He said there is nothing wrong with the ear and gave me some medicines to clear out the wax. I used the medicines and visited the doctor after 2 weeks. He said i am PERFECTLY FIT.
    I just think about the bad days I had when I was suggested for an operation. I want the doctor and hospital to learn a lesson so that they don’t torture poor people in future.
    I am planning to lodge a complaint.
    I need your guidance on how to proceed in this matter.

    Do I need any specific documents other than doctors prescription to prove.
    Shall I complaint against the hospital or doctor?
    Please let me know if you are confused with anything. I look for your reply..

    i am student of master degree. i had taken admi. in IIPM mohali through gurgaon IIPM counsellor.I had paid retention fee 38000/- at mohali IIPM campus on feb-2011. but due to my loan rejection i can’t be able to pay my first sem fee. and i dint even taken any class for even one day. Now from April 2011 i had applied for refund of retention fee. so i can use that money in my future study.But they are not showing any interest in giving back my money. so please help me out what should i do.

    After viewing Tele Mall Serial on Sony TV about Shubh Dhan Laxmi Yantra, I bought it from Tele Mall dated 17/10/2011 for about Rs. 2990 with a 15 days money back guarantee from Tele Mall as seen on TV.

    They delivered on time with Rs 100 extra for transportation charges and did not tell properly how to use Shubh Dhan Laxmi and gave us wrong direction to use.

    After 15 days, No result came out, and We decided to give back the Shubh Dhan Laxmi Yantra,

    and When I called on 011-47556677, 1800-11-2434 they told us that we were not using properly and told us [B][B]they will not give back any money[/B][/B] and again told us the new direction of use. and told us to use for another 15 days and we followed their instruction

    Again after more 15 days, no result came out, and When I call again to give back ,[B] they refused to pay back. [/B]. This time its was Ms Parul who talk to us in very bad manner / behaviour. as compared to our first call after 15 days

    They are simply cheating us and not paying back our earned money

    I had purchased washing full automatic Machine from Whirlpool in 2006 and gone for AMC Warranty Contract with Whirlpool for five yrs i,e 25Sept 2011.with cost of Rs 1900/-. Last year I had a complaint register with them , the engineer visited to me and told the complete outer cover including bottem cover. They asked Rs 3000?- Latter aqfter bargain the price fixed 2500. The agency taken my machine for change of cover. But they had replaced outer cover with out matching colour of the Main machin and told that the colour is not available. Then I told them about the Bottom cover. After taking with the agency it is decided that Rs 1000 will be stop and balancre rs 1500 paid to them. After 10 days they bring a old bottom cover I return the same. and write to customer care about the problem. No reply from customer care. I wait for six month then I Purchage the same from local mkt. On 15 Jun 2011 I registerd my complaint for machine not drying the cloths. Engr visited to me and told that the belt is defective it will cost Rs 125/- I will visit you tomorrow with belt. but He did not visit again neithsr speak to me and customer care diable my phone from his list . I am unable to contect with them. on 18 Sept 2011 I again registerd my complaint with another mobile and they registed my complaint. But Engineer not visited to me Next day I again call to them and ask about my complaint Then they resisted it with fress no. But No one visited to me. On 23 Sept I request them That I am going Out of station for Some time and my AMC will Expiring on 25 Sep 2011 Iwill cal after arrival in Oct . Then I registers my complaint on 09 Oct 2011 . the Engr visite4d me and told that the PCB is defective and it will cost you Rs 3500/- as your AMC was expired on 25 Sept 2011 I told them that My complaint was registered on 18 Sep and your Engr no visited to me. He went away and never come again I talk to Mr Manoj Head Of customer care and told him the story They told that Rs 1000/- is pending against you then I told him that The bottom cover I replaced my self He told the cost of Bottom cover is 600/- only. I told him that I anm ready to pay Rs 400 to you and you send engr fior repair of Machine But He promise that I will resolved the Issue But no resolved . Then I talk to Corporate office Gurgaon Mr Kuldeep assured me that your machine will be repaired on AMC. But Actually no done. Latter I talk with him two thee time but Machine not repaired Then I Call another machine and repair the machine from him. .

    Pl advise me what to do for this complaint I have all record of complaint No with dates and interconversion. Can I approach to consumer court and ask for compensation as I am a senior citizen and my wife is Hart Patient

    i was surfing on a net for Apple iPhone 4 in a website named “quiker.com” i mentioned city jamshedpur over there, i got a supplier who was selling iPhone 4 just for 14000 and that also sealed pack and factory unlocked..i replied him that i am intrested for his offer he said me to make the full payment and the shipment will be delivered to me in two days..i convinced him to take the cash at the time of delivery, he did not agreed to it and said that if i deposit him Rs.5000 in his account then he will send the shipment and rest of the money i.e 9000 i have to give after the delivery..so i deposited him 5000 according to this condition but after geting 5000 he is changing from his words he is saying me now that if you want me to deliver your shipment then again you have to deposit Rs.5000 in m his account…i saidhim that its wrong and he is changing from his words and cheating me, but he is not listening to me..so i said him that i am canceling this deal and i want my money back but he is not listening me…i have all his mail’s along with me…even i have all the chat records which we had with one another through gmail and i also have the scan copy as well as the original deposit slip which i deposited in his bank account…so please help me out that what should i do now…please help me..

    This is a complaint against Kamal Wadhwa (Future Academy WZ-2245, Raja Park Rani Bagh, Delhi.) He is a fraud and took on dated 3/3/2011, Rs. 20,000 from me on pretext of getting me a B.ed. admission in 2010-2011 from Kurukchetra University (Harayana). Its been 6 month now and he is not provide me admission or refund the deposit. But now he do not receive any calls now and has taken away Rs. 20,000 from me. Kindly suggest and take a strict action against this man so that he cannot ditch more people.     Details about the Case.

    I bought 11 Musical instruments from a Seller based at New delhi. I am from New york . I came across this Seller Ad in Alibaba.com and contacted him. I placed orders for 6 Professional Tabla sets , 2 Nalls , 1 dholak , 1 sitar , 1 bhangra dhol for $1200 (Us Dollars). His ad suggested that his instruments comes in Sturdy Case but none of the case came with sturdy Case as described by the seller. All the tabla sets came with damages. The dholak and the Nall were not even in good tunable condition. He suggested that Shipment thorugh Fright will be the lowest cost for me but later it came out to be at bulk cost . he did not pay the destination cost due to which i had to pay extra $700 (US dollars) on expenses.

    The original cost of the instruments should be $1200 but because he did not let me know about the Costs involved in Destination . I had to pay an extra dollar 700 here. More over I had to take the pain of driving to the warehouse to pick up the products only to see all the damaged products and The items were not exactly as described. I do have all the Documentations to prove the above scenario. He keeps abusing and harrassing me , if i question him about why the products are not exactly as described.

    I would like to discuss this above scenario with lawyer , who can take it serious and work towards getting me the justice.

    Hi, I recently purchased the wood land shoe, after using 4 days the shoes looking two different colours once I send for the company after one month I got my shoe back. At the time of recieveing the shoe there was no colour variation but after 4 day again same problem. After waiting 3months I asked the custmor care people that “replace the new shoe”, but he simply replaied that the shoe I not ‘A’ qulity shoe so we gave 25% sicount on it so we cont replace it.
    At the time of taking shoe no executive sed about this they simly hide the facts. When I call the showroom they also telling the same thing.

    Please advise me what can I do.

    Sir, a package was send through DTDC courier from Kolkata of docket no. F061465966 on 18-10-2011 for Gorakhpur,UP. After non availability of the product when inquired from Kolkata office it was reported that the package was delivered. On inquiring the matter at GKP office it was again shown that the package was delivered. On asking for the recipient’s signature it was found that some hand written other person’s name was on the receipt. On asking for the delivery man named IQBAL AHMED it was told by the GKP office that the delivery man is missing and not known.It is very stunning that how such a renowned courier service can deliver such an important package costing around Rs.50,000/-(Fifty thousand) in this way without handing over the package to the proper person. I am very sure that my costly package has been stolen by the delivery man and the matter is been supressed by the Gorakhpur office whose manager is Mr. Hari Om Shukla ( Mob. No. 919369084414).

    I am using vodafone and my number is 9582593906. My complaint is about net pack activation. I got my phone recharged on 15-10-2011 of Rs 95. which provides you 1GB of free internet service. But since i have recharged i am not able to use a single byte.Because they are deducting my money for every single byte i use. i have complaint many times about it. But they always says that you have to wait 24 hours and 4th time it was 48 hours and all the money will be reverted in your account soon. i have recorded the conversation between a call centre person and me.
    Even i have the complaint number which is (211207511). I am very disappointed by the poor sevice of vodafone. Pls help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
