respected sir,
I am retailer of prepaid telecom services,I used to recharge my clients mobile of almost all companies. On 14th of oct. 2011 I recharge one of my clients reliance data card no. with Rs.1499 for three months free internet usage but that customer didn`t got that three months unlimited usage. After contacting reliance personel they were saying that some other services(LM service) is active on that no. thats why customer is not getting that benefit.
sir,
my question is if that customer is not applicable for that recharge than why the system of reliance communication had accepted that recharge
secondly,on 15th of oct. approx at1:36pm reliance datacard helpline at *355 had told me that they wil activate the unlimited data usage service after deactivating the previous service on that no. but now after deactivating the previous service which they called LM service, they are not doing so. Now I have to make refund to my customer.. sir please help
