Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have taken a membership from Club Mahindra Resorts in Oct/Nov 2009. So far i have paid INR 197056 and pending is around 57250/. I have tried various time to book the room for vacation at various resorts but have never got any availability so far except the one free holidays which was given at the time of booking. Now i am tired of not getting booking. So thought to cancel the booking and get the refund. When I called up the customer care. They said I can put up a request for cancellation but I will not get any refund back. I was shocked to know that. I told them that I am not getting any booking. They said I
need to book 5 to 6 months in advance which is like impossible for me. Still I thought lets try to book 5-6 months in advance. so when I checked the availability with their Thailand resort. I found there is no availability for 6 months. So now I would like to cancel my membership and get my money back. Please guide if this is possible or not and if yes then what is the process. Who shall I report my complain to. Look forward to your suitable guidance. Regards,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a mobile from shopping.indiatimes.com after seeing an advertisement of an offer (Blacberry 8830 + free pouch @ a certain price) in Times of India news paper. I have made the online payment and to further which I receievd the product. The product was old/used one which had multiple scratches without any pouch, charger in not working state , invoice and 3rd party insurance document. I had to writ and call them several times and then they had asked me to send the product back to the vendor and they will replace it. Few days later I received another courier with the same handset, charger replaced but with Chinese plug (no no indian socket adapter), no pouch and no insuarnce document. This process has taken a month and the purpose of the purchase was also not fulfilled. Furhtermore, after communication with them they said they will cancell the order and refund back the money. I wonder if that is possible in the desired time. I want to take legal actions on them for their cheat and delayed response on every occassion. This is a story in nutshell and I have all the communication in writing (e-mail) which I can provide as an evidence for their defaulter.
I would be very grateful to you if you could advise me on how to take legal actions on them.

They are not returning my property documents yet (after 34 days). Moreover they do not give any answer such as current status of property is the reason behind such a long delay.

My self Kaushik Mukhopadhyay and I am working in Private ltd Company, my job is transferable, and that is why I thought to Purchase a plot near Kolkata, so that after the completion of my only daughters` +2, I can have my own house near Kolkata, and my daughter may continue her higher studies from there. With this thought I contacted with ‘Jayotu Land Development Pvt Ltd’ of Kolkata . They offered me 3 cottas of land @ 110000/- in a project of them called ‘Sonartori Upanagari’ near Joka beside Dimond Harbour Road. I have also signed an agreement With the Management of Jayotu Land Develiopment pvt ltd. According to the agreement, the plot should be handed over to me within five years, ( from the date of booking).In the mean time the purchaser should pay the value of the land by 60 equal installments. Upto 2008 I paid all the installments, but with my utter surprise I saw that the company is not interested in developing the property. That’s why I Stopped paying The installments saying that they should develop the property properly and I`ll pay the full amount at the time of registration. Now already five years past, the property is yet to be developed, and the management is reluctant to talk about the project. Whenever I wanted to talk to them, either they avoided or suggested to hand over the plot to them,and take the money back. In these situations I feel cheated by the false promise of the developer. The Jayotu people are simply enjoying bank interests on my money but doing nothing. I like to take necessary actions against ‘Jayotu Land Development Pvt Ltd’ who is not only cheating me but also all the investors who have invested already. I see no light in the project and getting fool every time by the builder. I definitely want return on the money invested or want the money back along with compensation to be refunded by the builder. I want to know what are the legal actions I can take in this matter.

Please consider , I Had purchased micromax Q7 mobile on 2nd sept 2010, and it goes Dead after 3 month and i send it to micromax service center it collect it from there after 3 weeks, and it again goes to dead after 4 month and i send it again to service center and collected it after 3 days but it goes to dead on the next day and i send it again to micromax service center but till now after 3 months i am unable to collect it after 3 month they are continously saying from last 3 month that collect it on next week but they never give when every time goes there……. Tell me what to do…….I had already filed online complaint…..but no reply from them…

I purchased olive mobile V-GC800 in 23rd August 2010. At vizag. After 7th month mobile not working so I give in at M\s Sri Sai Technologies, vizag after 10 day they repaired and give back. Within a month the same problem came so that once again I given at the M\s Sri Sai Technologies, vizag on 9th July 2011, after one month (i.e. 11-08-2011) they call to me and mobile ready. Then I asked about the extended warranty for tow month. In this mean while I approached
through mail to olive customer care but they are not tacking care about the customer.
Please take an action on this and guide me.

It’s all surprising to heard these news from a bank authorized by government of india- BANK OF BARODA ONGOLE BRANCH. Even india is number one in banking sector still there is lack of infrastructure in banks it’s all upto my knowledge particularly with respect to government banks.Actually i have an account in bank of baroda ongole branch andhra pradesh state. last month (5th of july) i tried to make a transaction for 5000 rupees at the same the same branch where i have the account through the ATM. even i waited for a moment of ten minutes in ATM itself but still i did not get money. but there is deduction in my account. i complaint to the same bank and same branch officials they said that ATM maintainance is going with a private sector (CMS) so, they need 10-15 days time. so, i too waited for 15 days. but later the officials of that branch said that we got the information from the CMS that transaction is successful and there is no money in the machine. as the transaction is successful even banking officials not interested to look into the case carefully. but, i don’t want leave the case in the middle i complaint to the head office of bank of baroda they too even said the same answer after 20- days of long gap. as the ATM not having any of the camera survivilliance i am unable to argue with them. When i went to the bank after discussions to completely cancel my account with the bank i was surprised to hear that this is the occurance of 4- case in 3-months duration. Finally a looser knows his intention no one else. this is my personnel experience.

Hi,
I had taken LG32LE5500 model LED TV from EZONE Viman Nagar branch, Pune on 7th August, 2011.
On my bill they mentioned that the delivery date is 9th August, 2011. I received a call on 9th and told me that piece will available on 13th but I’m not agree to wait till 13th then they committed to give on 11th but fail.
I called them on Thursday and they told me tomorrow you will receive a call but not.
I visited store on Friday and asked them they told me that Store Manager is not available and please come on Saturday (13th). I went to store and when I asked they told me that the upper management have holidays till Tuesday, please wait I will confirm you when will you receive a piece. at the same time they written and given me as “if piece not available same feature other model will be provided with their store stamp. and also on that day they told me that they are ready to give back my money. I told them I dont want to take my money back I want piece only.
I had taken this TV with Loan from feature group.
On Tuesday (16th August) I re visited the store at evening and asked about the status, one of the store manager told me that he dont have status he need to ask what happend. He called couple of people and he asked me the bill, I asked him why do you want bill, he told me then only I can give back your cash. I
told him I dont want to take money back but I want TV only. He asked me day of time he will let me know that when I will receive a TV.
On Wednesday (17th August) he called me and told me that you will get TV 110% on 26th August.
I asked them, if I will not receive any TV till 26th then want. I asked them give the same features of other TV with same amount but they dont agree.
they told me TV is available at Nasik it takes some time to come from there, if the TV is available then whey are you taking these many days. they told me that they have confirmation from Top management.
I went to LG showroom on August 15th and asked them about the TV they told me that is clearence sale all the TV of this model sold.
I enquire in the market one of the store has TV, I asked EZONE that you pay money to them I will take TV when I put this deal infront of them they agree first after they told me they cancel the loan process I need to buy the TV by own.
How can I get the TV, should I wait till 26th or can I take any legal action on them.
I just simply spending time for the confirmation in the store. what step I have to take.

please advise.

I purchased a internet datacard from Reliance, but the connectivity that was committed was not good at all in my area of residence, after repeated complaints in their customer service center one of their executive accepted that the network is not good in my area, I told the executive than your sales person should not have sold the device to me if there is network problem in this area. Now Reliance says there is some outstanding bill for me and, I think when there is no service no payment should be done. Please advise.

i am vardhineni thirupathi rao, resident of karimnagar, andhrapradesh,i have booked verna fluidic 1.6sx crdi crystal white at mody hyundai,bowenpally,secunderabad on june 1st ,2011 and the delivery period is 30 days from the booking period as said by sales executive , he asked me to get full sale price of vehicle d.d by 20th of june ,i gave the full payment on 21st june 2011, after that he said he will be giving the vehicle by 30th june 2011, from then there is no response from the sales executive and fed up with him , i approached the manager he said that we are having shotage of vehicles
, we will try to give you by 25th july, so waited till 25th july as there was no response , i elevated my complaint to hmil(hyundai motor india limited), the complaint was about why they are not delivering the car as said and if they were not able to deliver the car , why the full payment was accepted, the dealer answered saying such a lie the delivery period is 3months from date of booking and we never insisted on making full payment, and the vehicle will be delivered in aug’2011 is said by the dealer to hmil and even i have them in my record, the hmil people never asked the dealer why the full payment was accepted if they never insisted on making full payment and what is the customer need to make full payment taking loan from the bank and giving the d.d
to dealer, but as it is end of august 2011 still there is no signs of vehicle delivery , i am paying my two months bank interest with out getting the vehicle and having such mental harrasment due to deficiency in service by the dealer , can you please help me in this matter , thanking you,sir

goodevening sir, sir my father had booked 1 flat of 600 SQFT jointly in my name as i was minor and 1 flat of 1250 SQFT he booked in his name on 16.03.1998 in mumbai. and he had paid a total amount of 50000 in divided of 3 cheques. and the rest amount would be paid as the construction would start. and 2 agreement was been made between my father and builder and v supossed to ge the flat in 2years time. my father expire in dec 2005 and still there was no constuction started as it has started just 2 years back as it was a slum development scheme he has given all the slum resedent house behind as he had mentioned. now the construction has just begain they r digging the ground. i had taken admission in jamia hamdard (new delhi ) in pharmaceutical mba course after paying rs 75000 as admission fee. . . But after getting admission in a better college i withdrew from the college on 21st july . .i didn’t attend their classes for a single day which had started from 1st july. . . . . . . Now the college is denying any refund citing an article in their brochure which denies any refund if the seats of the concerned course are not filled . . . Jamia has 60 seats for the given course and only 40 students have enrolled until now. . . last year also the were not filled . . . Please help me out with this problem with your guidance. . . .

Hi,

My father is a banker in XYZ Bank(am not disclosing the bank name). One of his customers has requested to transfer an amount of Rs.1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) from his savings account in the bank to another account in a third party bank. Mistakenly my father has updated the last digit of the IFSC code of the third party bank due to which the amount has been credited to a wrong account of the same third party bank. The holder of the account has used the amount now.
Please suggest me on how to proceed further in this case to get the amount repaid by the wrong account holder?
Already the third party bank manager has been informed about the mistake. He did not assure on taking any action against his customer.

I have a house in Indore which is currently leased out to a company.The Indore Electricity Board known as West Zone Electricity Board have lately out or nowhere send me a bill of Rs. 50,000 claiming i have’nt paid the bill from January 2011 – May 2011 when the house was empty from Feb 2011 till April 2011 and there was noone residing.The connection was off and premises locked.Yet bills were coming ranging from Rs 2000 – Rs 3000.Now i have the records of all months
bill that i have paid.The just barge in and disconnect the electricity without any notice.This is really sad as i’ve tried to talk to them but no one listens to you .I have even raised my voice but they seem to be deaf.I hope some authority can take action against them.They must know we are paying them for a service and they must provide it to us with dignity and truth.

We are staying with our whole family in south Delhi 198/43, East of Kailash, and one of our neighbour who Mr. Vijay Chaudhary, Rahul & Sunny are demolishing our stairs and threatening us. We are staying with our whole family of 9 people with 5 females. They are threatening to our females and saying that they will not let us stay here. We informed/call at 100 on 24th June for the same for which police told us to be inside and lock your door (which is a very unethical answer) when we saw that they are not doing anything then we mailed to L.G, Commissioner & DCP. But till date i.e. 31st July nothing has happened and they are demolishing on everyday basis. Also, they are breaking on odd hours i.e. 2AM, 4:30 AM etc. We called at 100 number several times but nobody was turning up and neither had they helped us. Once when they demolishing at 11:30 at night we called police control room(call no. 131) then they said that MCD is demolishing it. For which we said MCD never works at 11:30 in night. We have a proper proof of there son demolishing it which we showed to them.

They are harassing us, using abusive language and threatening us one everyday basis. Police is doing nothing and they are even threatening in front of police to us for which we have a video of the same. We filed an official FIR for the same as well in Amar Colony Thane for which till date nothing has happened, the SHO is such a bad and useless person. We tried to rebuild our stairs last week from our own expense but these guys came and start beating my flat mate a 70yrs old guy in front of everybody that if you try to build it we will beat u and make you to death, we called up police but again they did nothing at all. They have taken our parking space for putting there name board on that place and now started sitting with his boy’s gang near our gate. It’s so difficult for us and our female family members to even get in or out of the house.

One of there son is recently appointed as some Yuya morcha person in BJP under Mr. B.P Mandal (Councillor Lajpat Nagar). We visited Mr. B.P Mandal for this matter for which he did nothing he is solely with them. Mr. Mandal is being appointed to help people but he is taking undue advantage of his post and threatening people and telling his appointed gang to threat and do whatever they want. We are really disappointed by both the Govt. Officials and the way they are responding and working. We need a proper justice on this case. They have now started threatening us more on our place. We need proper justice as how politicians are running these gangs they have been appointed to help us instead they are only working with these kind of people and that too in a capital like Delhi. We would be really glad if you can help in resolving the issue and give our peaceful lives back.

I have purchased Micromax handset.and am facing lot of software problems in it.service centre is in Bangalore,which is 75km away from my town.and when i visited there, even they didn’t have the solution.and so many others were complaining about carelessness of the service centre.
The actual problem is Micromax handsets are full of errors.all the handset has some or the other software/hardware problem.so even the service centres have failed to solve the complaints.there were two service centres in bangalore.and they both closed it,being not able to handle the problems.
I am facing almost six software problems in my handset.where should i go?whom should i ask?
Pls help me…i think Micromax company handsets should be banned…

I have a insurance claim case against UNITED INSURANCE CO PENDINDG IN NCDFC AT NEW DELHI and 1st hearing is on 26 AUG 2011.
THE case is of ins.claim of cash loss of RS 168500/ through braking of glass window of a car and opened the door and above cash was stolen from briefcase. though the car was secured locked and the owner went to give chq to a party only for 8to10 minutes and he did not take the bag with him as he has to climb four stairs and the bag was heavy one. and the car was was parked in he open road and in market place at the noon time at 12am. at a very
crowded road near famous road at nasik city Maharashtra.
The local dist consumer forum dismissed the case saying the vehicle was unattended. but the state i.e Mah.con.r forum upheld the case saying its case of stolen cash and awarded the verdict in my favour. but insurance co preferred the appeal in national forum. AND revision appeal no is 1344/2011. these r the facts of case pl inform me whether u can fight for me and what will be ur minimum and maximum total fees.and other expenses. pl advise on a priority basis.

I have bought a reliance data card with postpaid plan and the speed was very very bad. So, i have requested them to change the plan to prepaid as i may use it at difficult times. They did convinced me to give some other plans for the sake of money, but i did not agree for that.
After that, they closed my request for non-submission of documents and i detected it from the customer care and submitted the docs for the 2nd time. They gave me a bill of 247 rs. and i fought for the unwanted wrong bill without any usage. They gave just a waiver of 80 Rs. as a temporary ailment and asked me to wait for 4-5 days to complete the request. The request was not attended properly by them and here i have got the next bill from them without any details on that and they are not ready to either change my card to prepaid or disconnect it.
Totally they are trying to make us fools to use their useless postpaid service and just get money from us easily. This is very weird from them and my request is not attended more than 2 months.
Now, they just harrass us to pay the wrong bill to disconnect the service. This is what happened the previous time, but nothing else happened unless i lost my money and time.
Someone please state a solution to get rid of this company.

We are 39 members of “Swagat Rainforest 4″ scheme situated at Hadmatiya village, Dist: Gandhinagar. Gujarat. From our scheme 39 members have already applied for GSPC PNG gas line. other 40 members are ready to apply for PNG gass line. Our scheme developer (builder) Swagat Infrastructure Ltd.is not issuing a NOC to do necessary digging work at this premises. he is always answering to take over maintenance resposibility from him by forming a society. without it he will not allowed any work in the premises even if members are barring the cost of restoration. he is not giving any reason why he wants to hand over the society where as he has given in written promise to provide maintenance service for two year in sale deed. now a days cost of gas cylinder is also raising very high. in the time of winter we are unable to get filled cylinder in time.
we need your valuable advise for what can be done in this case where 80 people out of 120 are in need of PNG gas line but builder is creating problem?
all the residing and non residing members are ready to get this facility of gas line and also ready bare the cost of restoration.

I am student of Indian Institute of Management, Indore. I have sent the Speed Post to my Friend who live in Navi Mumbai on following address,
Mandar Zamre , 305, Rameshwar Sadan, Sector 18, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, 410209.
I have dispatched the consignment (EI028332365IN) on 27th July’2011 and that has reached to Kamothe post office on 1st august’2011. The problem is that, the Kamothe post office didnt deliver it to my friend. I got the personal mobile number of the Kamothe post head from Panvel HPO whose jurisdiction has this Kamothe Post office. I called on that number and they told me that you have to collect this Speed post consignment by your own. They used a language as follows, ” if you have a need or most importance of that consignment, you have to collect it by yourself, we dont have the manpower to go in sector 18″.
My friend is working in Private company and he is not able to collect it after office and my question is why should he collect personally as India Post has given this service and I have paid the money to get that consignment to my friend’s house. Panvel HPO Postmaster is also helpless, he said he cant do anything.
Today. 3rd august 2011 my friend didnt recieve the consignment. That post conatains the important document required to collect my VISA for France. If that post will not reach him till 4th august I may not able to collect the VISA .
I want to register a complaint against the Kamothe Post Head. Ms. V.S. Favade (Name given by Panvel HPO Postmaster) and the Panvel HPO.

I had secured admission in Asian College of Journalism, a private college in Chennai, for a post graduate course in print journalism on 13 June 2011. The fees were to be paid in three installments. The last date to pay the first installment of Rs. 95,000 was 18 june 2011. I sent them a draft of Rs. 95,000 and another draft of Rs. 10,000 for residential accomodation on the 14th of June 2011 by speed post. The second installment of Rs. 90,000 was due on 25 June 2011 which I did not pay and I informed them that I am withdrawing my name from the course on June 28 2011 by sending an email and a letter by post. The date to make the third installment was July 2 2011. The college had a list of weight listed candidates and the course commenced from 11 July 2011. Their prospectus states that no request for refunds shall be entertained. However I still wrote an email and sent a letter by post for the same and received no acknowledgement or reply.
What are my options at the moment?

Fact: – We booked one flat, we have paid 80% -90% of the flat value. Developer failed the delivery date . It is almost 2 years. We logged one complaint against to the builder at state commission. The complaint is accepted by court & it is running. Now court is given interim order on the said flat till the disposal of this case.
My question is: –
1 _ Can Opposite party appeal high court to challenge the interim order in the mean time .
2 _ After final order of state commission, can the opposite party appeal at high court? .
3 _ After dispose the case at state commission , He can go high court or he has to go at national commission only .

PRIYANKA employee of NIFTYTRACK that i cannot pay 3000 rs. at once she said ok you can pay 2000 for 20 days and 1000 afterwards.In initial 3 days i have to suffer a rs.2000 loss in their tips on hdfc and sbi.I ranged up at Nifty track and they said don’t worry we will recover your loss in 5 days. I trusted them on fourth day they provided a buy call on Clarus Finance and said this is a sure shot call and i bought Clarus Finance at 155 rs,but at the end of the trading session Clarus finance was on 148 rs.,posting a loss of 7 rs per share on my 1000 shares.I was very angry on suffering 7000 rs. loss that day and ranged up Ms. Priyanka,she said that i will call you in 5 minutes, since i haven’t received their call for one hour i called on their mobile number,but when i dial their number(+919228020621 ) they don’t respond and its about 2 months then they have not attended my call.
I suffered a total loss of rs. 11000 (2000 subscription fees,9000 becoz of thier tips) as i am a 19 year old student its a great loss to me and i am in great mental tension and unable to concentrate on my studies.

“On 18th May 2010 MHADA Mumbai housing area development agency announced the lottery winner for various income groups and one of the group was high income group HIG for which the flat cost was around 50lacs. MHADA failed to conform to the Development Control (DC) rules while constructing these tenements. As a result, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has withheld the Occupation Certificates (OCs). In the absence of the OCs, there is no civic water supply to these buildings, thus making them uninhabitable. Also the possession letter have not been given to most of the people who have been allotted flat beyond 10th floor. Now its more than a year and everyone has paid money to MHADA. MHADA official communicated that there are 50 winners who have not been allotted the flat so the total turns out to be somewhere 25 crores. Now MHADA is using this money but the people have not yet been given the possession.”

Can we file a case against this unfair trade practice and denial of service in consumer court and what are the chances of winning the case and approximately how much time will it take. What can be the possible outcome ?

There was also an article in TOI related to this issue and the promised date was August but the officials do not communicate true story behind it.

I gave it to nokia customer care center and they transferred it to the company. The company recycled my phone without asking me as it they were unsuccessful in rectifying the problem. I am a foreigner with a PIO ( parent of Indian origin )card. I paid IIHT (indian institute of hardware) a sum of 67500 out of which 600 dollars was for my exam vouchers (200 dollars * 3 exams). I have all my bills. IIHT is refusing to give my vouchers since 6 months now! THe employees at IIHT were strangely given strict orders not to give me my vouchers or any details by hte managing director! The managing director told them that i should meet him first and i’ve been trying to for six months! His secretary tells me quote “The managing director is a very important person he cannot just meet everyone” unquote
NOt only did they make me wait many days from morning till afternoon but also the managing director hasnt sparred even ten minutes to meet me in 6months. I was told to meet this employee or the other, made to submit papers multiple times again and again! Lately when I call they insult me and tell me not to call and rudely cut the phone! I have waited for the manager days and days! I have lost time. Not getting my vouchers is setting me back a lot both career wise and financially. I do not know what to do! please any advice would help

Kindly advise how to proceed with the following issue.
We have whole sale Pharmacy by name Capsinta Healthcare in Goa and requested the Pharma Manufacturer Medicamen Biotech based at Delhi to supply us the drugs required to us, with great difficulty we received the drugs to our premises and we have started the re-sale to organisation we had tied-up. The whole problem started when a FDA inspector sampled the products in my premises and tested:
1. One of the drug supplied to us was found to be Sub-Standard.
2. The product was supplied with out MRP on it. We did not know the requirement of MRP is mandatory as we were supplying these products to goverment organisation on tenders where these drugs are distributed free of cost by them. So, as far as Capsinta Healthcare is concern we dont require an MRP. However, we did not ask the manufacturer not to mention the MRP.Since it is not our brand or something we just made the order as per the prices agreed between us.
Now, because of the issues mentioned above our products received from Medicamen were holded by FDA and later it was sent back to manufacturer. This whole process took more than 5 months. Now, because of this issue completely lost our customers and we lost the trust of the customers as we have with drawn the sub-standard drugs supplied to them also. We are actually asking the manufacturer to refund the amount paid to him for the products sent back to him. He is not ready to that and he is telling that he will re-send the drugs again with MRP of my buying price. How can i sell the drugs if my buying price & selling price are same. Anyways, I do not want the drugs because of no fault from my end I have suffered huge losses. My clients will also not take the drugs manufactured by the same company. So, I do not want the drugs back and instead I wanted the refund. Otherwise I will be loosing up to Rs.9.0 Lakhs.
I have the Testing report of the sub-standard Drug. Letter from FDA to return the goods as the MRP not printed. Letter from FDA to hold the selling of Goods. Capsinta Purchase Order copy, Quotes received from Medicamen. Clip of Verbal communication had with him stating that the quoted price is the final price inclusive of everything like taxes and freight. Actually, concern person in medicamen assured verbally that all the products will be manufactured in WHO-GMP certified facility but except one product, he supplied other five products from Non-WHO-GMP facility. Actually we do not have written proof of the same.
Kindly advice How to proceed with the above issue. How to get my refund from the company. Please do advice. Also let me know If any other details are required from my end.

Dear Sir,
I have a loan account running with LIC HFL that I had availed from Chandigarh Area Office. My Loan A/c No 014013636 and File No 663157. I had problems in enabling the ECS for the same. And I have to pay the fines caused due to wrong data filled by LIC HFL personnel.

I am trying to get the ECS done from my Citibank Account of Delhi Region. The MICR code of Citibank Delhi Area is 1100 37002. But LIC HFL officials in Chandigarh says as the Loan Account is in Chandigarh they are using the MICR code as 1600 37002 for the debit request. I am not sure whether it should work or not. Also I am not convinced with the reason for using MICR code as 1600 37002 while the actual MICR code for my citi bank account in Delhi is 1100 37002.

Kindly let me know the valid reason for using different MICR code and not using the one linked to my bank account.

As per LIC HFL, my ECS request has got rejected from the bank. They had not given me any reason as they say as per there system the reason specified in Miscellaneous.

As I am unaware of the same, LIC HFL had levied a penalty on me due to late payment as well as ECS bounce back charges.
They are levying me that penalty again for the subsequent months.

Also I like to know . So is it right to put the debit request again with same details and penalize the consumer for ECS rejection 2nd time.

Is it not violation of ECS Debit Procedural Guidelines, Section 6, Sub-section (iv), part (c).

Please guide me the way forward.

Subject: Security issues in transportation
I am an avid viewer of India TV and would like to use this medium to expose a possible route to sneak in materials into high security zones with the connivance and greed of transporters and alert the authorities against a possible danger to our country.

I would like to relate an experience that I had recently involving VSSC which was shocking to me and rang alarm bells regarding many security transporting my household goods. issues.

I booked a full truck from Navi Mumbai to Trivandrum through OM Packers and Movers, Koper Kharne, Navi Mumbai and was promised delivery within 5 days. My goods were loaded as a full truck load into a lorry with insurance provided mentioning the lorry no. After repeated calls due to non delivery at Trivandrum I was informed by OM Packers Mumbai Manager that the lorry hit a motor cyclist and there is a delay due to this. Finally the goods reached after 12 days but to my surprise it was in another truck no MH 04BU 7584, not the one insured for. However when unloading progressed I found a big crate under my goods. When I confronted the driver as to why he was carrying unauthorised goods in the truck fully booked by me and asked
for the papers the real truth came out. My goods were unloaded at Vashi, Navi Mumbai and kept in a warehouse for 5 days. Thereafter it was loaded into a truck which was first loaded with a huge crate carrying some machinery ? from L & T to ISRO at Trivandrum. I could get all these details from the papers the driver showed me on threat of calling the police. The Kerala Commercial tax dept e consignment declaration at Amaravila CT check post under token no. 320000/2011-12/60895 dt 18/7/2011 shows 2 consignments . First consignment under consigner TIN 27850300132 shows L&T to VSSC Tvm showing a container of value Rs 8,79,700.00 and another consignment of Krishna Muralidhar of household goods of nil value ( not for sale). I wonder how possibly sensitive items of a defense related organisation could be transported in this suspicious manner and who is the culprit in this fraud. I am sure full cargo fares may be collected from L & T and as was done from me also . I do not know if the ISO certification shown in the site etc is a fake because though the site carries an office address at Trivandrum OM Manager did not give any contact details even when I demanded for the same nor I found anybody representing that office. Apart from the blatent fraud committed on me both in terms of breach of trust and loss ( lot of my goods were damaged in the transit unloading and loading and getting wet in the rains, apart from the delay) I also am worried about national security being compromised for the greed of such rapacious, unscrupulous transporters who would go to any extent to make a fast buck.
I feel L & T who possibly booked the goods and VSSC should look into the matter and take necessary action to not only safeguard the consignements but aIso considering the sensitivity of ISRO being a high security defense organisation from a national security point of view. Moreover such unscrupulous fraudsters should be dealt with in an exemplary manner. Below a huge pile of household goods anything could be hidden and transported which could be very dangerous in the present scenario.

I trust you will give due publicity so that greedy transporters will not in the interest of making a fast buck get opportunities to compromise the security interests of the country. The authorities should be forced to investigate and initiate necessary action to avoid untoward events bringing loss and security risk to our country when already we are seeing bomb blasts and other terrorist activities in various parts of the country. A consignment surreptutiously sneaked
into a high security zone in this manner where it is open to all types of manipulations could pose major threats to sensitive installations in the country which are already in the hit list of terrorists

i puchased MTS data card on 29th of june and facing problem in speed (60-70kbps surfing n 9 kbps downloading against expected 3174kbps surfing n 1843kbps downloading ).

i complained to customer care ( complain nos. JUL16201 of 6th july 2011 AND JUL24118 of 8th july ) and they just without solving my problem, said its resolved. Still there is same problem. What should i do now.

It costs around Rs.750/- per month and by 20 days they have already wasted my Rs.500/-. I dont really get so much time to roam around behind them. So please help me somehow as being a student, i really dont get much time for all this complains.

We bought LG Plasma 3D tv from E zone, Freat India Place, Noida, UP under their offer scheme on 5th June’11. We were given demo of the TV showing full 3D effect and were told the same effect would be there at our home with TATA SKY Dish, which they provided along with TV. At home nothing of that effect is coming. It is clear case of cheating and I want them to supply us one 3D generator, which according to LG technicians is a must to have 3D effect. It is gross misselling and accrding to E ZONE people, they had in span of 4th and 5th June sold 150 such TV sets.

Long e mails are with me. E Zone has offered to return the money BUT I need 3D generator as this could only teach them lesson and not cheat others.

I got a bus (TN 33 N 2580) from chidhamani theatre bus stop at 3.05 PM. The Bus ticket No is 289135. After 30 minutes the bus had breakdown near karumattampatti police station. In that bus driver and conductor were checked the bus and told this bus had break downed, so it will not move. Then we were step down from the bus. At that time two buses were came from avinashi. Both the buses were stopped. The first bus had crowed. So we ask the (TN 33 N 2580) Bus conductor shall we step up this bus. The Bus number is (TN 74 N 1460). This bus is stand on center of the road.
We step up that bus. In the mean time bus conductor told we stop the bus on left side of the road. So passengers were remove they hands from that bus. Suddenly the bus driver starts the bus and he went, he didn’t stop the bus and take that passengers. After the bus driver stop the bus at karumattampatti bus stop. The conductor came near to me, and he told, those who are the passengers come from the bus (TN 33 N 2580), those are again take the ticket from this bus, others please stop down the bus. We were asked his branch manager mobile number or branch number. But he didn’t give those numbers. Also he didn’t tell his name. We were argued with him, but he didn’t accept anything. So we were taken a ticket from karumattampatti to Coimbatore. The bus Ticket No is 286076. The Time to issued ticket 3.40 PM.

Here I have attached those two bus tickets and the irresponsible conductors’ bus front and back side photos. In case I didn’t have any enough money means what I am doing. Sp please take an action to the irresponsible conductor; also ask him to give money Rs. 50,000 for compensation. Because I am mentally disturbed due to this event.

I am waiting from the court response. I believe I will get a good justice.

Dear Sir,

Please advise me on how to file the case and what would be the remedy available to me.

Facts of the case:-

1. I have applied for personal loan of Rs. 1 lakh for a period of 2 years from fullertonindia on May, 16th 2011 which gets approved by the end of May-11. I was asked to visit the branch for signing the documnets so that the amount can be disbursed.

2. I visited the branch and signed the documents, due to some reason they refused to accept the EMI via ECS mode and asked me to provide the complete 24 cheques. As i performed all my transactions via net banking i don’t have cheque book with me except the one which have 5 Cheques. Their executive said to provide these cheques and submit the rest of the cheques when i receive my cheque books; they will disbursed the loan in 2 days with EMI starting from July 5th 2011.

3. On 7th June i dropped a mail to them asking abt the staus of loan; to which they asked me to provide the complete 24 cheques then only they can disburse the loan.

3. The company fails to fullfill it’s promise. I have provided 5 cheques which will meet their requirement of 5 months; they are not supposed to use all the cheques in a single month. No doubt i would have provided the rest of the cheques once i received the Cheque book from ICICI bank, which has a TAT of 10 days of sending cheque book.

4. On 8th June,2011 I again deopped a mail asking them to credit the amount in next 2 days and if they fails to do so; never credit the same and treat the agreement as cancelled. Surprisingly all follow ups were initiated from my side they never informed me about the staus or any requirement.

5. By the end of June i raised the request for cancellation of cheques which i have provided as EMI. But again to my surprise i receive a welcome letter from fullerton india which states that loan amount was disbursed and first EMI was due in 5th july. I immediately replied on the mail and complainy section of the fullerton asking them to see the loan status at their branch and not try to present the cheque as i already raised the cacellation request. But till date i have not received any reply from them.

6. Again one more surprise was waiting for me, they presented the cheque on the 5th july but as i have already raised the cancellation request it could not get cleared.

7. I again post a reminder mail on july 22, 2011 on which they replied We are investigating the matter and shall revert to you within 2 weeks.

Considering the above points would you please help me out in action which i can take against them.

I have recently met with ancident in bangalore, due to this reason i got amputated, now i am taking rest so to spend some time by browsing i bought Tata photon+ Mobile broadband Sevices. As the company state the speed will be 3.1 mbps but I am not getting the half speed also as it would cross more than 0.16mbps as i have checked it in speedtest.net as it was referred by customer service represatative from Tata Photon. Only twice it has gone more than 1.5mbps. When i called customer care number i got the only trouble shooting steps which din’t help me to increase the speed. When they said me to visit the service centre i said them that i cant walk , so i requested them to arrange for any executive for my help. Customer searvice represantative responded me saying that he can’t raise the complaint and cann’t arrange for any executive also and he asked me to visit to the nearest outlet. In response to his statement i explained him that i cannot visit the nearest oulet as i am taking taking rest due to amputation of my leg, still he suggest me to visit the nearest outlet. so my question are

1) Can i raise the complaint against Tata photon services for false statement regarding the speed.

2) Can i raise the complaint against Tata photon service for asking me to visit the outlet after listing that i met with an accident and i got amputation.

How can I demand the compensation from the service provider for cheating me ?

I had opted for mano ya na mano scheme and paid Rs. 7500/- for the bond for which I was to get 32″ Plasma TV free but after maturity (Three Years)of the bond I was advised that they do not have a plasma TV available and gave me option for other LCD TV models by paying extra amount. Accordingly I have paid Rs, 22500/- for 42″ TV as per the catelogue. As per the certificate provided they had to make delivery of the TV within 30 days but more than 3 months have passed and no responce from company side. I have already issued a notice but for that also no reply, however they have acknowledged the notice.

Please advise me what action should I take. At Aurangabad, are there any grahak suraksha mandal or else how should I approach/file my complaint in consumer district forum. As per the certificate provided to me it has been mentioned subject to jurisdiction of Aurangabad.

Please provide necessary guidance in the matter.

I purchased IFB dish washer Neptune 12 place settings from IFB Point on14/10/2010. It has got 2 years warranty plus an extended warranty. Imatrix consultancy provides service for my dishwasher.On 26th june 2011, the technician of I matrix consultancy came for general servicing & spoiled my dishwasher by corrupting it’s programme & till date they have not bothered to respond. When I threatened them that I am going to file the case in consumer court , again technicians from
IFB came & started telling that the machine is alright but your water has hardness which is completely wrong. Then they took a photo of our dirty wash basin which has not been washed for more than a year to prove that the problem is with our water & went to their office. Again I got a call from their manager that actually your water has got problem & not their machine.

Now I want to file a case against them for my dishwasher. Since my dishwasher is in warranty period, let them refund the entire money & take back their spoiled machine as they have spoiled my new dishwasher. In addition to this I want to claim compensation for the physical & mental strain which I have faced due to the non-working of the dishwasher.I also want to claim my lawyers fee from the I matrix consultancy as the root cause of all problems is only I matrix. My work at home has been multiplied & all other work at home has got disrupted resulting in physical strain & mental stress. My official work also got disturbed as I have to take care of both household & official work at a time.Finally I have faced lots of mental agony due to these I matrix people. So is there any way to file a case against them for the mental stress which is caused due to their inefficient services & lack of response.

In the light of the above please tell me can you help me in getting justice & what will be your processing fee. Ofcourse what ever fees is there it has to be claimed only from I matrix. Take Care. Bye.

Then i asked for a refund and now they say they will return money in 3-4 months and that too with a deduction of 20%.

During discussion their representative confirmed me that rate of interest will be 14% as well as confirmed me that terms and conditions of loan amount will be metioned on welcome letter. Also they deducted Rs. 3000/- for insurance cover of loan amount. They transferred the loan amount to my account directly but had not sent any welcome letter. Later I asked them over phone, they informed me that the letter was sent to branch office. When I contacted branch office they informed me that they have not any welcome letter. but
they sent me repayment schedule mentioning interest rate @ 24.57% on reduction basis. I insisted again for welcome letter but they didn’t response.

After threatning them to instruct my banker for stop payment they sent me welcome letter with repayment schedule but clear interest rate was not mentioned. When I calculated it comes to around 24.57% Now I want to preclose my loand account. Please advise me what are the option with me in this case.

I have been an airtel customer for more than 8 years, my no 98941*****. As such till last month I had no problems whatsoever. In the first week of May I noticed that I was being charged 1.50 for sms and my calls were being charged by per second pulse. But where as all these years my calls were being charged per minute and the sms cost was 50p.

Then I happened to call the customer care and lodged the complaint and they asked 48 hrs to resolve the issue, which never happened then I called uo 198 again and when confronted them with the complaint no they had raised I got no proper reply from them and the worst thing what happened was that the 198 services were blocked, then I tried calling from two other numbers and also sent mail to customer care, there was no proper response to the mail and further more the 198 services were blocked for the other two numbers also , (9789178960, 9994321234). Then i approached the local airtel office and they gave me two numbers and asked me to call those numbers (9952434865, 99406448650

Initially when I called them they again lodged an complaint and told it will be resolved but at the end those were merely false promises, it was simply waste of time and money for me to call , then each person whom I spoke to gave different answers

FIRST THEY TOLD THAT I HAD RECHARGED FOR 53 OR 57rs AND THAT IS WHY THE PLAN GOT CHANGED. ACTUALLY I NEVER HAD MADE A RECHARGE FOR THE AMOUNT THEY TOLD, LATER WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND GAVE THE DETAILS OF THE RECHARGES I HAD DONE IN THE PAST, THEY DID AN U TURN AND TOLD AIRTEL IT SELF HAD RECHARGED AS AN COMPLIMENTARY GIFT

THEN I TOLD THAT I DON’T NEED ANY OF THOSE AND TO TRANSFER ME TO MY ORIGINAL BASE PLAN, THEY TOLD THEY WILL REVERT BACK BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED.., WITH NO OTHER GO I HAD TO CALL SINCE THEY WERE NOT READY TO PROVIDE THE SOLUTION

THEN WHEN I ASKED TO GIVE AN COMMITMENT AS TO WHEN THIS WILL BE RESOLVED THE RUDE ANSWER I GOT FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE IS IF YOU WANT YOU PORT OUT.

THEN ONE PERSON TOLD IT WLL BE REVERTED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BASE PLAN AND ASKED ME TO SEND AS SMS TO 121 WITH A FORMAT, TO WHICH I SENT BUT STILL MY SMS COST WAS 1.50P, THEN WHEN I AGAIN KEPT CALLING UP THEY KEPT ASKING ME TO SEND MAIL, GIVE 24HRS, 48HRS TIME , THEY WILL REVERT BACK , BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY I ONLY ENDED UP WASTING MY MONEY CALLING BUT NO SOLUTION,

THEN ONE DAY A REPRESENTAIVE TOLD ME THAT PLAN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, SO WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW CAN A BASE PLAN WHICH I WAS USING FOR MORE THAN 6 YRS CHANGE SUDDENLY, THEN ANOTHER PERSON TOLD ME TO GET BENEFITS I HAVE TO COMPULSORILY OPT FOR AN BOOSTER PACK, THEN AGAIN THEY TOLD ME I AM IN THE SAME PLAN WHICH I WAS EARLIER BUT THE ONLY THING IS THE THE SMS TARRIF HAS BEEN RAISED.

We are reseller of internet services in our area. We opted to become reseller of an ISP and agreed for the advance payment for the network and internet link setup. The ISP promised us that within 15 days of hte advance payment the internet link will be insttalled and tested so that we can continue our business to provide internet services to our customers.

I bought Dell XPS M1530 Laptop loaded with NVIDIA 8600 Graphics Chip in September 2008. NVIDIA 8600 Graphics Chip had inherent NVIDIA defect, by which display of the LCD did not show anything. This defect could arise anytime with laptop during its usage. Some people faced this issue within a year and some people like me are facing the issue now. This NVIDIA defect is a very famous issue (please read www.nvidiadefect.com OR www.nvidiasettlement.com for more information). NVIDIA had paid compensation of 200 million dollars to Dell because of this defect. Dell in turn had extended the warranty of laptops, which had this chip, by one year. I had one year warranty with this laptop plus one year extension, due to NVIDIA defect. My
warranty expired in September 2010. My laptop display did not fail during the warranty period. Now my laptop has the same issue, display does not show anything. I spoke to the Dell customer care and they are not accepting it as NVIDIA defect and calling it as motherboard failure. They are asking me to pay Rs12,000 to replace the motherboard. My question is when NVIDIA recognised this as an inherent defect with their 8600 chip and when they paid Dell compensation, then why should Dell not service my Laptop for free. Why are they asking money for it. What good the warranty extension would do to anyone if
their laptop is doomed to fail some time or later because of this inherent NVIDIA defect. Is any there Law in India whereby i can file case against Dell? In UK Dell consumers are facing the same issues and there they are using “Sales of Goods Act 1979 (laptop has failed due to an inherent defect, it is not of satisfactory quality nor is it durable and so Dell is in breach of contract) to pursue their case. In UK Dell is offering them free replacement with warranty on replaced chip. Please let me know how to proceed further. Waiting eagerly for your reply

Sir, I appeared for the NIPER Ph.D. Joint Admission Test-2011, conducted by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NIPER) Mohali, held at University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Punjab University (PU), Sector 25-D, Chandigarh on 26 June 2011.

The time of test was 10 AM to 12 PM but the test was started at about 10:30 AM and within some time (15-20 minutes) the light had gone and the computers was logged off. Thereafter, I told to the invigilator that, I have another entrance test ‘Combined graduate level (tier-I) Examination-2011, conducted by Government of India, Staff Selection Commission at Senior Secondary School, (Timber market) Sector 26, Chandigarh’ at 2 PM and for this, 1 PM is the reporting time at the above mentioned centre. He then inquired to the person in charge of the company, who conducted the online exam and the person in charge of
the company said that within short time the exam would be started again but due to not proper arrangements the online test was not started on time.

After one hour, I again asked to the In-charge of company regarding the same and they replied that there is no generator or battery backup at this time and the exam will be held on 12 PM after completion of the same exam in another building. I repeatedly, spoke to the invigilator as well as observer and requested to solve the problem. Then the observer (aged near about 60-65 year) got fired on me and said that this is not my problem you can opt any one exam ‘Or Ab Apni Seat Par Jakar Baitho’. A officer even told me that ‘Jab Sunami Ayi Thi To Kiska Kashoor Tha or Kisi Ne Kya Kar Liya’. He used some more harassed words that I think not to write here. I am a Scheduled Caste candidate belongs to a rural area of Haryana. I am an
Indian citizen, then why am I treated like this. It’s totally against my right to personal liberty and education.

The test was again started at 1 PM in another building of UIET and since, the centre for my SSC exam was in Sec 26. I decided to appeared in SSC exam and for this, I requested to all the concerned persons to please give a receiving of my application in this situation but they refused me and the above stated observer said that ‘Isse Koi Baat Mat Karo’. After this instance, I got mentally disturbed. I go on frustrated and get tensed because I could not appear the same exam in previous year. ‘Badi Ichha aur Vishwash Se Iss Bar Form Bhara Tha’ but all is in vein. I did M.Pharm (Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana. The reason for my struggle is that NIPER is my dream institute and I want to pursue Ph.D in Pharmaceutical Sciences in the department of Natural Products.

Sir, due to not proper arrangements the NIPER online test was not started on time and I missed the same exam because I have another exam conducted by SSC at 2PM on the same date. I request the Indian Constitution to resolve my problem. I will
respect your decision. The result of NIPER Ph.D entrance test is going to declare on 4th July 2011.

1) I purchased a reliance gas cylinder before 2 years(approximately) from surendranagar. I paid rs 1500 as a refundable deposit.Now they said its not fully refundable. Only 700rs is refundable. I have receipt for deposit of that agency.
2) I purchased tata docomo postpaid card from surat. I submitted all necessary documents. after activation of card, they said your address is not verified. Then said your address is not in our service range. Now Nodal office of gujarat gave nonsense answer that you are negative CV. how can he say,when I submitted my documents.they are not giving me refund also. Me card is inactivated. I want to activate my card, not want refund. I have all proofs of above conversations.

So, please guide me… I also want to know that is Consumer court is time consuming, costly and lengthy practically or not… I have no experience.

PNB manager harrasing us and recovered our 2 lac rupees

Respected Seniors/Sir/madam,
My name is Mukesh Sachdeva and my father Mr. Varinder Sachdeva wrote a letter to The Regional Manager, PNB Bank, Chandigarh and The Branch Manager,DAV College branch, Jagadhri Gate,PNB Bank,Ambala City on 18th march, 2011 on behalf of my grand mother Smt. Raj Rani Sachdeva. He wrote in that letter about his mother Smt. Raj Rani Sachdeva’s pension account.She had been getting pension Ex -Gratia from Northern Railway of Rs 605 as B.P. + 182 as D.A. before 1/1/2006 and pension of Rs. 4382 from January, 2006 till August, 2010 and Rs. 4200 from September, 2010 till December, 2010. Then PNB froze her account in Jan 2011. PNB recovered the sum of Rs 3,323, Rs1, 18,000 and Rs 71,548 on 08/01/2011, 17/01/2011 and 22/02/2011 respectively. According to PNB, she was paid almost Rs. 3595 per month in excess since January, 2006. It is hard for us to accept the fact that bank made such an enormous mistake month after month for almost five full years. Bank started making payment in the amount of Rs. 4382 from September, 2008 and paid arrears from January, 2006 till August, 2008. In that letter we
requested them to provide the letter from Railway pension department which led PNB to pay her Rs. 4382 starting January, 2006 and then revert back to Rs. 787 starting January, 2011.

I also wrote a letter on 18th march, 2011 to CAO Northern Railway on behalf of my grand mother Smt. Raj Rani Sachdeva. In that letter I wrote that She had been getting pension Ex -Gratia Rs 605 as B.P. + 182 as D.A. before 1/1/2006 and in the sum of Rs. 4382 per month from Punjab National Bank, DAV College, Ambala City from January, 2006 till August, 2010. From September, 2010 till December, 2010 PNB reduced her pension amount to Rs. 4200 per month. In January, 2011 PNB froze her account because of excess pension paid. It is hard to accept the fact that bank made such an enormous mistake. We never received any letter from Pension Department about her actual pension amount after Jan 2006.In that letter I requested them to please advise us whether it is to be revised w.e.f. 1/1/2006 and at which rate or what amount to be paid and please write us and PNB about her revised pension amount. As per 6th Pay commission no instruction has been issued to us.

The pension department did not respond to our letter.

My grand mother is an elderly widow. She has been saving money for the surgery of her kidney stones. She has multiple health issues and she frequently visits doctors for arthritis of her knees and shoulders. Recently she got sick with pneumonia and she was in hospital for about a week. When we came to withdraw money from bank, we were refused the payment. Moreover, when we tried to cash joint FD in the amount of Rs. 71,548 drawn in favor of my father and my grand mother, we were misguided and told that FD could not be cashed and made us deposit that FD into my grand mother’s pension account and after depositing
that FD into her account they recovered the whole amount on the same day without even letting us know the balance recovery amount.

Moreover, when they recovered the whole amount (and her account was almost nil), the bank manager was not even interested in listening to us and said he is very busy and if we need any help in that matter we can opt for legal option. That FD had nothing to do with my grand mother’s account and whether bank had any right to deposit that FD into my grand mother’s account. We trusted their bank and they took our money which was saved for the rainy day.

We requested them (PNB) to send us a proof of her actual pension amount, the above said FD be cashed and my grand mother’s account be reinstated with full balance. Even if the bank made an error, does the bank unilaterally hold the right to decide to freeze her account and leave my elderly grand mother with no money she was depending on so heavily?

The PNB did not respond to our letter till now.Then on 5th May, 2011 we decided to get the information from PNB under RTI Act. My Grand mother wrote a letter under RTI Act to Public Information officer, Punjab National Bank, DAV College Branch, Ambala City asking them to provide us.

a) the certified copy of F.D.R. amounting to Rs.71, 548 which was transferred in account of Smt.Raj Rani Sachdeva on 22-02-2011 with full particulars since the FDR was initially registerd and any document attached with the same. The said F.D.R. was in the joint name of Raj Rani Sachdeva & Varinder Sachdeva.

b) And on what ground that FDR was transferred to above said account no.

c) To provide the status and supply the copy of letter which Mr. Varinder Sachdeva wrote to PNB Branch manager, DAV college Branch Ambala city.

d) certified copies of letter/circulars issued by Northern Railway (pension Department) or concerned department which led PNB to pay Rs. 4382/- starting January,2006 August, 2010 and Rs. 4200 from September, 2010 till December, 2010 and then revert back to Rs. 787/-starting January, 2011 i.e. the pension to the applicant, as the P.P.O number of the applicant is NR/89/3355 dated 1.5.1989(Raj Rani Sachdeva widow of Dharam Pal Sachdeva DOB-07-08-1927).

Then on 18-05-2011 we received the reply from PNB. In which they replied that they are not authorized to provide the information under RTI act and we might get the information from their CPI officer.They also returned our application.

My grand mother sent that RTI application on 5th May, 2011 to public information officer to provide information pertaining to her PNB account which was returned by PNB Manager, DAV College Branch, Ambala City stating that they were not authorized to provide information under RTI act whereas we come to know that all the branches have been authorized to receive application under Right to information act, 2005 and forward to the concerned CPIO for final disposal.

Please help us in reinstating my grand mother’s Punjab national bank account.On 4th June, 2011, PNB branch manager, D AV College Branch, A/city refused to provide us the acknowledgment or refusal of RTI letter which my grandmother wrote to Central Public information officer and he refused to receive that application whereas we come to know that all the branches have been authorized to receive application under Right to information act, 2005 and forward to the concerned CPIO
for final disposal. Even he talked very harsh to us in front of two persons. I again request you to please help us how we can get our money back from PNB.My grandmother is very old and sick lady.She can not even walk without walker. She saved that money for rainy days.Now she needs that money for her health reasons which PNB recovered without giving us a notice.

Now, My grand mother has sent that RTI application on 4th June, 2011 to central public information officer, PNB House, sector 17-B, Chandigarh to provide information pertaining to her PNB account and we have not got any response till now.So I request you to please guide me in initiating the next step.

I request you to please help me in cashing that FD and reinstating my grand mother’s account.Please guide me how can we get back our money from PNB. I shall be thankful to you for this.

Dear Sir,
I am Abhishek Mishra. I bought my Tata Photon Device (9246852813) on 11th June, 2011. As I am working in Tata Consiltancy
Services(Hyderabad), this is a corporate connection. And for a new user of Tata Group they are providing (5 GB + 5 GB) extra for initial 2 months.

I bought this device for Rs 1500 and as suggested by Tata Photon sales person I opted for 2GB plan at the monthly rental of Rs 450 as it is a postpaid connection.

Sales person told me that now on the consumption of 7 GB (2GB + 5GB extra) I have to pay only Rs 450 at the end of month. So, I used 6 GB within 1 week. Still I am left with 1 GB to use then also I got a bill of Rs 2435.

I several times talked to customer care, visited service center, raised complaints and even talked to corporate officer as well as nodal officer. But they are saying bill is right and they are explaining different rules for bill calculations which were not told to me earlier.

Even if the bill is upto so called calculation. It was not at all told to me earlier by anyone. The sales person didn’t give me whole information and even sales person is saying that bill is wrong according to his knowledge.But Tata Photon person are not listening anything.

Either sales person had not given me complete information or they have problem in there bill calculation.Whatever may be the case, it’s a mistake from there side and not from my side. They are troubling me by calling everyday to clear the bill. And they are not ready to correct the bill.

I had an Order passed by Uttranchal Court (Haridwar) for Just Rs. 7500/-. Absolute violation of Natural justice laws also there – Only notice and Final order had sent by Regd. Post.
- Our reply, though in their file, not even been heard or taken on record. no comments / no further action on our reply just final order.
- In between notice and final order two UPC slips was in their file to prove the notice sent to us for hearing, actually nothing has been received.

a case was one by me as a complainant in cdrf pleading in person. the op had absented from the last one or two hearing and the case was decided exparte.

the op subsequently filed an appeal at the state forum and the cdrf order was set aside and the case was remanded back to the cdrf stating that both parties can submit from evidences if any. I want know a simple format for submitting the counter evidence before the cdrf in the case,along with numbering of the fresh evidence.(eventhough no format is a must in consumer courts,it would be better for presenting my case more effectively)
